Coats Auto Body & Paint Inc

Just stopped in with a couple of questions about a minor scratch and reading the sign “seen by appointments “which I didn’t have. The staff were very helpful and even though no appointment they still took care of my concerns. They answered all my questions and offered some I didn’t realize. The staff treated me with professionalism and really bent over backwards to win over future business. Great customer service wins every time. Thank you!

I can not even express how happy I was. Costs has amazing customer service. I really liked getting text updates on my car. I also had the nice surprise of the car being detailed. The interior has never been that clean. I 100% would recommend Coats.

Coats Auto Body is nothing short of Amazing! Hands down great customer service , quality work and super responsive and knowledgeable staff! I’ll never go anywhere else for auto body repair work. Chris and Leilani are amazing!

I was very impressed with their excellent customer service, frequency of communication, attention to detail, and the quality of the work performed. If you are ever in need of having body work for your vehicle, you w…

When I told them that I purchased the vehicle with it on there and did not have a part number for them, whomever was on the phone did not do such a great job of hiding their di…
