Great service. You tell them what you need done and they do it. They don’t beat around the bush and sell you on other stuff and they do a great job. Very straightforward and honest work. A friend recommended this place to me and I will always keep going back now after this great experience. Highly recommend.

It was a truly wonderful experience, and the customer service was excellent. I was able to arrive early, and they efficiently completed my oil change without any problems. I certainly plan to return.

Started at 3 other places with various things told to me. I’m very wary of getting scammed as a young female. Mission Valley took INCREDIBLE care, demonstrating and answering every question I had. They saved me hundreds of dollars and were nothing but kind. I will not return to another place in raleigh. I will ONLY be coming here, and recommending my friends and family here. 10/10 experience.

No exaggeration, I had the best auto repair experience of my life. The bottom of my bumper was dragging the streets after Dreamville and I had to drive back home to Florida. Mr.Niles, took care of me quickly, professionally and efficiently! A job that would have easily cost $200 bucks at another auto shop, Mr.Niles and Mr.Tommy did it at a fraction of the prize and BETTER! I can sing enough praise…

$500 cheaper than the dealership and they got it done faster! Had a Sideview mirror replaced by these folks and they did a great job. They are one of the few places I know I can take my car and get a fair deal.
