Impatient and rude just hang up no professionalism
I was stuck in Raleigh about 11pm and contacted this company. I was connected to the dispatcher who told me someone was going to text me. Someone texted me and asked for all of my information about 11:45pm. Then never texted back or provided any information until 8:30am the next morning, asking me “have you been serviced?” Unacceptable!
If your on the fench, jump off to this side. This man does good honest work at a great fair price.
Quick and helpful response! While they couldn’t resolve our issue directly, they were honest and referred us to someone who could.
Good people. Got to me quickly, helped me get it fixed fast and competitive pricing. Hopefully I don’t need them again too soon, but if I do, it’s good to have someone.
