Choice Auto Repair has outstanding qualities. I have found them to be honest and respectful on the human side of things, and technically tops on the business side of things. They keep excellent records that really help a person keep current on a car's needs. I definitely would recommend Choice Auto Repair. My car just sails along like it's a new car after I get it serviced there.

I had a fantastic experience at this shop after my Chevrolet Equinox was involved in an accident. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The team was incredibly professional, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Communication was clear and timely, and the repairs were done beautifully—my car looks and drives like new again. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this place to anyone needing honest, high-quality work!

The guys here were friendly and responsive. I had valve cover gaskets replaced as well as spark plugs that I supplied. The cost that I approved, was $1206. After a closer inspection of that cost, I did notice that unlike all other receipts for auto repair elsewhere, this one did not list costs of parts and labor, just a dollar amount. The only part provided was a set of gaskets maybe $30. Simple math would dictate this repair of a couple hours was extremely expensive. A list was provided to me with other repairs they deemed necessary, again, without any parts or labor estimate, just a dollar amount. I have to wonder why as that is just good business, and, law in the state of NC.

These folks are excellent! Honest, transparent, and very kind. I appreciate their clear explanations and helping me prioritize what order I needed to prioritize issues based on price and safety. They did not pressure me at all - just provided knowledge and left me to make my choices. Great customer service!

As always, the team at Choice treated us exceedingly well. They explained their findings and prioritized the suggested repairs in terms of driver safety. I appreciate that they never try to pressure us into making repairs that can wait.
