The worst experience I’ve ever had — especially as someone not from North Carolina. I went to Bryan’s Auto Repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. They tried to charge me for a job they couldn’t even complete after I waited over 4 hours — even though I was originally told it would only take 2. Then, after 7 PM, they suddenly changed the payment method and said they would only accept cash or Zelle — no cards. Extremely sketchy. They even tried to keep my car over the weekend, and I had to call the police just to get it back the next day. And still, I offered to pay for the labor — even though nothing they did was done properly. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Avoid B…

When I have any mechanical needs I go to Bryan’s Auto . They make sure I get the best service at a great price . They make sure guys there jump on it asap and get done very fast. They keep track of my oil changes and make sure all my filters are clean or let me know if they need to be changed. If you want a 5 star company Bryan’s Auto is the place to go .

FEMALE FRIENDLY! As a female it can be hard to find a place that you feel like you aren’t being scammed or out of place. This auto shop is absolutely fantastic! Not only do they provide top-notch, reliable service, but they also create a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone—especially women. The staff takes the time to explain everything clearly without being condescending, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Was having alternator trouble on my older Ford. Needed to be out of town that day. Called all around town looking for a garage to help, everyone was either closed due to the bad weather as it had snowed the night before, or closed due to weekend. Bryan's Auto picked the phone up right away and told me to come on down ASAP. An awesome gentleman whom I believe was named Orlando, helped me out right away and got me back on the road within the hour. Extremely professional, great pricing, and speedy. Would highly recommend. Plus they have a cool shop dog.
