Choice Auto Care

Choice Auto Care is the only shop I fully trust with my car. They’re honest, fair, and genuinely care about their work and their customers. Over the years, they’ve helped me with multiple vehicles and even guided me through the used car buying process. Their integrity and quality of service are unmatched—I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Our VW started acting funny as soon as we moved to Raleigh. Called Choice Auto Care and they worked me in on a busy afternoon to help fix it. True kindness and empathy from every person in the office. Armando did a fantastic job explaining everything and offered quick repairs. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I only trust this place with my vehicle. As a woman, I feel completely comfortable going there, knowing they’re honest, fair, and won’t take advantage of me.

I took my CRV to Choice Auto for a second opinion on an expensive quote from the dealer. Armando explained to me in simple terms why my car did not need the job and gave me another and much less expensive option. I will recommend this shop to others and definitely come back next time I need a service. You will not regret using Choice Auto!

Just moved from Tampa to Raleigh and ended up stranded yesterday. I called the shop and they were incredible. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and got me in and out in less than 2 hours. Another dealership also told me that I needed other things done to the car. I had them check it out and they confirmed my suspicions that this other dealership was trying to tack on things I didn’t necessarily need. Fred was incredible and I will only take my care here from now on!
