This was my 2nd time having work done at Epic Auto. I have to say both times went very smoothly. I did some pricing at various shops around Raleigh and found Epic to be the best price for work done on my old 2006 Honda Accord. Jr and his crew are competent and efficient and run a really well managed auto repair shop.

Buyer beware, I was charged $2000.00 for a parts deposit thinking what was left would go towards labor, I went to auto zone and priced the parts $747.00, at the time I picked up the car I was charged $4000.00 , at the time to leave Epic my car would not start, it was left again, at the time of pickup I questioned the charges, guy at the desk advised me that, I didn’t have to use his shop, i walked…

They are very profesional, starting with the check in process. They diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner and recharged it really well. It is cooling like never before. In addition, they did a complete revision of my car and discovered several other issues that require attention

I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Epic because of their location and coupon I received in the mail. Although my vehicle only has 40,000 miles and not making any squeaking noise, had the front and rear brakes replaced. I dropped off the vehicle and Junior gave me a ride home.
